The transmitted order will be considered concluded and binding for Enoteca di Piazza only when the customer receives confirmation of acceptance via email. Following this confirmation email, the customer is required to review the order details and promptly report any errors. <\/p>\n

Following each order, an invoice will be issued (only if requested when completing the order) otherwise a receipt will be included with the shipment.<\/p>\n

The motivation has no relevance. An indication of the cause for the request of withdrawal, in the event this depends on us, would help us to improve our service. The refund will be made by bank transfer or other means specified in the letter of withdrawal and will take place as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days from the receipt of the desire to withdraw from the purchase. The goods must not be opened, deprived of the wrapping or parts thereof and not show signs of tampering. In these cases, return shipment will not be accepted. <\/p>\n
